Random teens caught with 8 lbs fentanyl, 8 cells, 1 big cash stash

Officers tried to stop a vehicle with two teens inside after they observed suspicious behavior at a park.  They speed off from police.  It took spike strips to eventually stop them.

Police found; 8 pounds of fentanyl, 8 cell-phones, a stash of cash and several drug packets ready for delivery.

The incident shows how young (17,19) these drug dealers were.

How brazen they were (evading police).

How sophisticated they were with 8 burner phones.

How many of these incidences arise out of our public parks.
