As soccer fans around the world descend on the United States hosting the World Cup, the fans are buying up what they cannot get in back home.  For Europeans, the #1 requested food gift to bring back home is ranch dressing.   It generally does not exist in Europe except in a more milder form.  The American version is heavy on buttermilk for a richer taste and a super-tangy herbal flavor that stands out.

So many soccer fans are bringing so much ranch back home that the TSA had to issue a X post on June 18th reminding people to put liquids in their check-in baggage.

This is a humorous moment to reflect on America’s abundance ahead of the big America 250.
