World Cup fans (part 14): Scottish praise our police?

As international fans visit America for the World Cup games they are sharing their experiences online.  One visiting Scottish fan gave his bagpipes to a local police officer to try.   Another Scottish fan was amazed seeing police buy food and water to share with the crowds.
