Let’s Stop Washington from “Disinheriting” Our Kids!

Jared Meyer smaller photoSpecial Dinner Event on October 22nd!! Time’s running out to RSVP!

Cascade Policy Institute will host Jared Meyer from the Manhattan Institute for what is sure to be a fascinating evening! Beginning at 6:00 PM Thursday, October 22, at Ernesto’s Italian Restaurant in Beaverton, you will be treated to a delicious all-you-can-eat Italian buffet and a thought-provoking presentation on how Washington, D.C. has disinherited America’s younger generations. What a deal for just $25!

Since the publication of his new book, Disinherited: How Washington Is Betraying America’s Young, Jared has been traveling across the United States speaking to political and civic organizations about this critical issue.

Meyer — who also publishes and presents on the need for a moral foundation for free markets — is a regular contributor to the Washington Examiner, Federalist, Forbes, Townhall, RealClearEnergy, and City Journal. Meyer’s research has been featured in numerous publications, including the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Yahoo! Finance, National Review, RealClearPolitics, Los Angeles Times, and the New York Post. He is interviewed frequently on radio and TV, including Fox News, the BBC World Service and NPR. Most recently, he was a guest on the John Stossel show.

This multi-generational event is recommended for anyone age 18 and over. All are sure to find his research compelling and a little frightening! (Just in time for Halloween!)

We hope to see you there! Please RSVP now, and feel free to bring family and friends! More details and registration information here.
