Oregon’s top 2012 Presidential Picks

By Taxpayer Association of Oregon PAC

A straw poll of approximately 400 Oregon taxpayer activists were asked to choose who they favor to run for President in 2012.
The results were quite interesting. While more conservative prospects were the clear choice, and President Obama only received four votes, there were some conservative names whose vote count were not favored in Oregon over Obama including Rush Limbaugh, Glen Beck, or Haley Barbour. They respectively received only one, two, and three votes. The clear favorite of the top ten vote getters was Sarah Palin by over 30%.
