From Statesman Journal:

“The Oregon Secretary of State has cleared David Darnell, Republican candidate for HD18 Representative, of allegations of voter pamphlet violations pursuant to ORS 260-715(1). In a letter from the Office of the Secretary of State, dated May 16, 2014, Compliance Specialist Alana Cox states their review found Mr. Darnell did not violate election law and they found insufficient evidence to substantiate the initial complaint.”
