Salem, OR – Senate Republican Leader Ted Ferrioli (R-John Day) released the following statement following the loss of former Senate President Brady Adams on Monday.

“It was a great joy and honor to serve with Senate President Brady Adams,” said Senator Ferrioli. “He was my role model for patient, wise, accommodating leadership during my first years in the Senate. He was principled, fair and unswervingly loyal to his family, his community and to the Oregon way of governance.”

“Brady Adams’ legacy of transparency, fiscal conservatism and personal accountability make him an Oregon leader for the ages. Everyone who knew him misses him, but his legacy lives on,” said Ferrioli.
