I am assuming this will mean standing up and ensuring that every child has a safe and affordable home to live in with one’s family / adequate nutrition / adequate health care / equal educational opportunity / and that the child’s parents are paid a living wage! yes?

Connie, if want affordable homes, you will have to get rid of the Democrats and rich puppet masters who are making the cost of land skyrocket with their land use restrictions, especially the UGB which has doubled the cost of housing in the Portland area.
