Colm for Congress

Stayton, OR — Colm Willis, Republican nominee for the 5th Congressional District, issued a debate challenge to Kurt Schrader yesterday. Willis challenged Schrader to debate him in each of the seven counties that are part of the 5th district between now and Election Day (Tuesday, November 8th).

“Every voter in the 5th Congressional District deserves a chance to see Kurt and myself debate the issues before November,” said Willis. “I pledge to debate him any time or place we are asked to appear in the district and I challenge him to debate me in each of the seven counties included in the 5th district. Mr. Schrader has agreed to debates in his previous elections and I sincerely hope he will again.”

A native Oregonian, Willis is the Republican candidate for Congress in Oregon’s 5th Congressional District. The general election will be held on November 8, 2016.

Go, Colm Willis. Schrader is a fake Mayberry Andy Griffin type. He tows the progressive line but puts out the good old boy smoke as a distraction.

Put to a shredder, Schradrer – and, his Dem ex wife, too!

The only thing I know about Schrader is that he partners with Greg Walden and Peter DeFazio to put up the BEST forest management bills. Which the Senate including “Oregon’s own” Ron Wyden perpetually stops.

Oh, wait. Wyden isn’t Oregon’s own; he’s new York’s third. And about as useful as teats on a bull.

It’s too bad, though that almost none of these lifers can ever be unseated. There used to be more turnover in the old Soviet Congress than in ours.

    Viva La Brexit.

too bad they don’t advocate putting the Oregon Forest lands back into the hands of the state or better yet private. They all advocate for greater federal government control with the promise of “fixing”the problems. Well after 14 yrs of Schreader. nearly 30 yrs each of Walden and DeFazio nothing has changed. So I suppose any plan is better if you like big government.

Look up their bill. It proposes putting a whole lot of land away from federal and into state control.
