State Senator Kim Thatcher has announced her run for Oregon Secretary of State today and made her announcement at the big Timber Unity Rally at the State Capitol today.   Senator Kim Thatcher is the only major Republican candidate to file and on the Democrat primary there are four leading contenders; Mark Hass, Jamie McLeod-Skinner, Cameron Smith and Jennifer Williamson.

Senator Kim Thatcher is famous for passing Oregon transparency laws and being a champion for Oregon taxpayer families and small businesses.
