Former Rep. Vic Gilliam passes away

We are sad to report that former Oregon State Representative (R-Silverton) has passed away. Gilliam served in the Oregon House from 2007 until 2017. In December 2015, Gilliam announced he had been diagnosed with ALS. He resigned from the House in January of 2017.
