Senator Gary George remembered

Oregon Senator Gary George was honored during a service last week where people gathered to remember one of Oregon’s top State Senators for protecting liberty.

We should always remember those who came before us:

Those who protected our civil liberties and free speech.

Those who gave our children school choice rights for the very first time.

Those who safeguarded our property rights so we could live in our own homes.

Those who saved our fragile family budgets from reckless high taxes.

The success of Oregon’s past and present did not happen by accident.  They were made possible by our public servants who took the heat, fought our political battles, stood up for the little guy and protected our Constitution.   They have earned our highest regards.
