Lori Chavez-DeRemer Named to “Women To Watch” List for Elise Stefanik’s Elevate PAC

HAPPY VALLEY, Ore. – Today, Oregon Republican congressional candidate, Lori Chavez-DeRemer, was chosen on the first slate of “Women To Watch” candidates of Congresswoman’s Elise Stefanik (R-NY) Elevate PAC.

“I want to thank Congresswoman Elise Stefanik for choosing me as one of her ‘Women To Watch’ candidates for 2022,” said Chavez-DeRemer. “11 of the 15 Republicans that flipped house seats last year were E-PAC endorsed candidates and I look forward to being one of those candidates next year as we take back the majority. Republican women know what it takes to win, and it starts here in Oregon’s 5^th Congressional District.”

Elevate PAC was founded by House Republican Conference Chair Elise Stefanik (R-NY) after the 2018 midterm elections to increase the number of Republican women elected to Congress. If elected, Lori Chavez-DeRemer would be the first Republican woman to represent Oregon’s 5^thcongressional district and the first Oregon Latina elected to Congress.
