Congress just passed the Inflation Reduction Act which nearly doubles the size of the IRS by adding 87,000 new employees.

Yet, local police have been defunded and cuts to the US Border Patrol.

P.S. there apparently isn’t enough money to put security guards in schools either, but now we have 87,000 new IRS employees.
