PDX airport shut-down, restart, still dozens of new cancellations

Nationwide there was a national shut-down of airports due to a Federal Aviation Administration order.  All domestic flights were cancelled in America until 6am (PST) time.

Now that it is past 6am, it appears that an additional 45 flights involving Portland have been cancelled or delayed.

The problem reported at this moment seems to be a glitch in the FAA’s computer system.
