Meme: Remember, be kind to your elected officials

Remember, mayors will tell you that mayors are the only elected office where the official gets blamed for everything state, local, county and even Federal.  Mayors are the closest to the people while being the farthest from the problem caused by other higher office politicians.

Be persistent, yet be respectful.

Having said that, remember to hold your mayors accountable as well.
