Serial small business vandal arrested 4x in 1 week

As KGW-TV reports, suspect 25-year-old Garret Fine was arrested four times in one week for vandalism which included destroying business windows in downtown Gresham.

In one instance, he was arrested twice in one day.

A single spree might mean up to 10 businesses were hit — costing tens of thousands of dollars.
