Giant pig petunia emerges at Salem Wage Tax town hall

By Oregon Campaign Watch,

Oregon Capitol Watch Foundation’s famous and very large Petunia Porker Award mobile was alive and present outside the Salem Elsinore theater where a town hall was held on the Salem Wage Tax hosted by the Salem Reporter.   Oregon Capitol Watch’s pioneer and radio host, Jeff Kropf (KSLM 1220 6-7 am) uses the pig to help showcase government pork barrel waste and various tax threats to Oregonians — like the Salem Wage Tax Measure 24-491.

At the event, taxpayer advocate Preston Mann of Oregon Business and Industry was on the panel to help oppose the Salem Wage Tax.
