Did Cannon Beach cougar just show up in Tigard?

The Tigard Public Works Department has reported a cougar sighting in Cook Park in Tigard which is just outside Portland.

After the Cannon Beach cougar sighting at Haystack Rock, we predicted he could travel to Portland for free crack pipes they hand out.

As Oregon puts limits on hunting of cougars, we see more sightings.
