During this snow storm if you need a quality flashlight you may find them behind a locked gate and needing an employee to access them for you.

Flashlights are a top target in Oregon’s shoplifting spree crime wave where addict-driven thieves find it easy to re-sale (especially during an emergency).    The cheaper under $10 flashlights are not under lock, but the more quality ones are secured.

Just another sad sign of Oregon’s crime wave.
