Portland bans leaf blowers

Portland just banned gas powered leaf blowers as a way to reduce carbon.

Yet, Portland as a whole has failed to ban trespassing by encampments that saturate our City.

By the way, since nearly 50% of Portland Fire Department calls involve illegal fires set by homeless — this can be considered  a carbon problem.
