This happened outside a Costco in Portland.  Three thieves work as a team to steal a 93-year old man’s wallet.

How can we expect our seniors to protect themselves from criminal rings of three people working against them?

More security? (higher prices to pay for it)

Never shop alone?

You can’t micromanage this type of criminal ring.  The best remedy is to have a tough-on-crime society where thieves are behind bars and not being rotated out of jail or arrests.

This type of theft occurs more than you think.
