I-84 closes. First to graffiti, now to fire

This summer Interstate 84 through Portland was closed completely (all lanes, both directions) at over several days just to remove the graffiti over a 5-mile stretch.

Mere weeks later, the same Interstate 84 is being closed for days due to out-of-control wildfires.

We hope Oregon can take away lessons of prevention from this dual-summer shut-down.
