GOP lawmaker who lost by 83% gets Kotek promotion

Republican State Representative, Charlie Conrad, who lost his seat in the Primary by 83% this last May, has been chosen to the Oregon Lottery Commission by Oregon Governor Kotek.   Representative Conrad took a lot of surprising liberal votes for being in a Republican Red District.  Read more from Willamette Week.
