Zombie apocalypse? No, just more Portland scenery

Portland Police went to an illegal homeless camp of 36 people.   The barricades and boarded windows looked like a picture form a zombie film.

 

It involved: 12  arrests, 7 Felony Warrants and 18 Misdemeanor Warrants
