Lars Larson: Bynum’s CD#5 reckless voting history laid bare

By Lars Larson
NW and national radio host,

Only if you don’t care about protecting kids from predators would you vote to put Janelle Bynum in Congress.

You have plenty of evidence she makes bad decisions.

In the state legislature she supported defacto legalization of hard drugs…thousands of people died from overdoses before Bynum changed course.

Bynum voted to reduce the penalties for ID and car theft.

Voters twice approved tough punishment for violent crimes in measure 11: bynum voted for Senate Bill 10-08 to bypass that and excuse juvenile criminals from penalties.

And the latest outrage: one of her own staff reportedly told Bynum that a minor girl working on her campaign two years ago had been sexually harassed or assaulted.

As a state lawmaker, the mandatory reporting law requires her to report that to law enforcement.

She did not.

She texted her staff that she was busy and didn’t want to be bothered.

This week, when congresswoman Lori Chavez Deremer called out Bynum during a debate, instead of explaining her potentially criminal lapse in protecting a child, Bynum acted like a six year old: repeating “you’re a liar” at least a dozen times live on TV.

Does anyone want to vote for THAT in Congress?

Vote NO on Janelle Bynum and yes for Lori Chavez Deremer.
