A man who ran an animal rescue program from his farm, had a complaint leveled against him for housing an indoor pet squirrel without a license.  The squirrel has been famous for having a social media presence with a half-million followers (757,000 on Instagram).  New York authorities responded to the complaint with as much as 8 officers conducting a 5-hour raid on the man’s home to capture the squirrel and a racoon for which they were soon euthanized by authorities.  Read more:
