This may explain candidate’s 150 traffic violations

Satire alert: Portland Mayor candidate and current Portland City Commissioner, Carmen Rubio, has 150 parking and traffic violations.

Don’t be quick to judge … she may be innocent.

It is common for cars that have been towed to be cited for speeding violations (like this one) when they are on the tow truck being towed.  Which means it is not their fault as it is the tow truck that is speeding.

Since Carmen Rubio has lots of parking violations, it is assumed that she had her car towed many times.

She could be innocent… although we doubt it.

By the way, Carmen Rubio was faulted for a hit-and-run in the past few weeks.
