Incorrect postcard sent (on Kicker)

The Taxpayers Association of Oregon just sent a postcard notice in the Portland area about two town halls dealing with tolling and the gas tax.  A printing mishap meant that the postcard included an old 2023 alert on the Kicker Tax Refund.   Oops.  A second correct postcard on the toll/gas tax alert was immediately sent to correct everything and provide the right notice.

This mistake, however vexing to our soul, is still minor compared to 2007 when we sent out an alert postcard asking people to call the toll-free number to the State Capitol to contact their lawmaker, and the toll-free # included an incorrect digit which instead led to an adult-dating chat line.

P.S. How does one send out a completely outdated incorrect postcard?  Good question, I am glad you asked.  When we sent the PDF artwork to the printer, it included an older postcard alert artwork on PAGE 2 of the document that was not seen, and the printer ran with it as one would expect. Pardon my mistake and the confusion I caused.
