Oregon independent journalist and homeless advocate reports on how homeless will set fire to other homeless tents as part of revenge and ongoing disputes.

A homeless person’s tent, exploding, throwing us back a few feet. This particular fire we were told was arson which is very common. Two homeless people I had interviewed in the last few years died at the hands of arson. Their tent was deliberately caught on fire and they burned. pic.twitter.com/cgCWrHPr70
