Disney’s Captain America slights America

Here is a good reason to skip watching the upcoming Disney’s Captain America 4 this weekend. Disney, again, is engaged in America bashing and Left-leaning politics.

While promoting the film in Italy, the Captain America 4 actor, Anthony Mackie, downplayed the role of America in Captain America when he said “To me Captain America represents a lot of different things and I don’t think the term ‘America’ should be one of those representations.

Mackie doesn’t see America relevant to Captain America. Under fire for these comments, he gave a non-descript answer to explain himself which made it even worse.

This is not unique to Disney’s Captain America.

• A 2021 Disney Captain America comic had Captain America saying that the American dream “never was” true and that the American Dream was a “lie” because we do not allow enough immigrants into America.

• A 2010 Disney Captain America comic has Captain America implying that the Tea Party Movement (lower taxes, reduce spending) was a racist movement.

• The 2010, Disney Captain America actor, Chris Evans, downplayed the role of American Captain America when he saidhe should just be called Captain Good“.  He also has been public in presidential politics by attacking President Trump.

Following the heels of the Captain America 4 movie will be Disney’s live-action Snow White. The Snow White actress, Rachel Zegler, on her X account called for harm to Trump supporters and called to abolish the police.

Last month, Disney super-hero actor, Simu Liu, said he opposed Trump cutting taxes and that he himself wants to pay more taxes.
