Hearing: Bill lets 16 year-olds vote in school elections


HB 3012 would let minors vote on their schools through school board elections

This week there was a hearing on HB 3012 which allows 16 and 17 year-olds vote on school board elections.

HB 3012 summary; “Permits an individual who is 16 or 17 years of age and registered to vote to cast a ballot in school district elections.”

95  – Support
