Poll: Historic low for Democratic Party

CNN reports that the favorability for the Democratic Party has hit a record low (since 1992) of 29%.

A similar NBC poll put the number at 27%.

A party close to a rock bottom follow by a  bounce back … or … maybe more downward spiral?
