The NRA-ILA states on HB 3076, “This bill will impose significant restrictions and penalties on lawful and already highly regulated Federal Firearms License businesses.”

Public Hearing on HB 3076. Bill summary, ” Directs the Department of Justice to study the establishment of a state gun dealer licensing program, and to provide the results of the study to the appropriate interim committees of the Legislative Assembly no later than December 31, 2026.”
