Sneaky Rank Vote tactic helps topple leading NY candidate

The Taxpayers Association of Oregon warned Oregon that people would exploit rank choice voting.

In New York, the polled leader for Mayor was former Governor Andrew Cuomo who is forecasted to lose.  The rank choice exploiters did a campaign of “no rank” to help increase voting power.  It does not stop there.  For others, by not utilizing all of the rank choices, you can (again) increase your voting power of your ballot for the candidate of your choice.  It is a way of exploiting the rank choice voting system that cannot be done in a traditional election.

Furthermore, proponents promised that rank choice voting would reduce negative campaigning.  That has not happened.

Remember, Portland passed rank choice voting and lawmakers tried to pass it this year during one hearing.  This is a problem , liberals refuse to quit on.
