House vote scorecard on gas tax HB 3991

Here is the House vote for HB 3991 the massive gas tax (+15%), DMV fee increase and wage tax increase (+100%).

At first look, it appears it fell mostly on a party-line vote except for Democrat Representative Annessa Hartman voting NO and Republican Representative Cyrus Javadi voting YES.
