Portlander posts video of shooting Andy Ngo, Charlie Kirk

A Portlander with a history of far-Left rioting, has posted a video on X showing someone shooting up a photo of Oregon journalist Andy Ngo (who was twice hospitalized for his reporting) and also recently murdered Charlie Kirk.
