Explosion damages 8 food carts (photo)

KATU-2 reports that a propane-involved explosion last night in Portland was big enough that it damaged 8 food carts and nearby businesses.  This story demonstrates how running a small business can change in an instant and that many businesses owners (one interviewed in the story) have their entire life-savings tied into their business.   One accident can permanently shut down a businesses.

Just a few weeks ago, another Portland businesses was hit with an accidental explosion.
