Banner defies Portland war-ravaged claim

At the Saturday Portland Timbers game, someone hung a banner saying “Welcome to hell.  Fascists need not enter”, along with the three-arrow sign within the letter o (which is a symbol adopted by Antifa). His post reflects others signs seen on social media and stands in contrast with other depictions of Portland.
