DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON — Central Oregon business owner and longtime community volunteer Rob Imhoff announced today that he is running for Deschutes County Commissioner, highlighting more than 20 years of residency, business ownership and a strong track record of community service in Central Oregon.

As someone who has lived, worked, and raised a family in Deschutes County, I care deeply about this community and its future,” Imhoff said. My decision to run for County Commissioner is rooted in a desire to serve and give back to a place that has given me so much.”

Imhoff brings a unique blend of private sector insight and public engagement to the race. He has owned and operated a local business for over 20 years and has volunteered extensively across the region. His service includes time on local sports advisory boards, where he has supported youth athletics and community recreation programs. From 2008 to 2012, Imhoff volunteered with Icon City, a Central Oregon nonprofit dedicated to helping homeless teens. Through this work, he provided mentorship and helped connect at-risk youth with vital resources and support networks.
