Are they flying homeless to Oregon?

Independent journalist and homeless advocate Kevin Dahlgren shares an interview of a homeless woman living in Santa Monica California who was approached for help and offered a chance to be sent to Portland.  This may be one example, but it may show how some rich neighborhoods use their money to ship homeless away.

I met a homeless woman from Santa Monica California who was given a plane ticket to Portland to be homeless here. She said she was encouraged to come to Portland because of the resources.
