Please return completed gas tax petitions ASAP

A lot of signatures have been gathered, but much of it has not been fully returned.  It is a tragic occurrence that many people hold onto to their petitions long after the deadline has passed.  Do not sit on your petitions.  You can return completed petitions while still gathering more.
