3 PDX cop cars rammed in 6 months. (justifies ICE fears)

We know that the Department of Homeland Security just announced that there have been 100 incidences of ICE agents being hit or rammed.

We saw car ramming in 2026 occurred on Dec 17, Dec 27, and summer where a teen used a stolen car to hit police.
