Bad gun bill, HB 4145, gets gutted

The bad gun bill, HB 4145, was gutted in committee yesterday.  The bill has been reduced to a time extension for Ballot Measure 114’s implementation purposes.

HB 4145 originally aimed to increase the fee for gun permits from $65 to $150 and extend the timeframe in which a permitting agent could approve and a permit delay from 30 days to 60 days.
