Top car thief tracked by his … parole ankle monitor

Jesse Dane Brower of Portland has been arrested several times for stealing vehicles. He was on parole when police found nearly a dozen stolen vehicles and parts at his house. Upon another arrest he fled away in a speeding car.

Police tracked him by following his parole ankle monitor.

This just shows the folly of soft-on-crime and short-prison-terms policies and how they do not work.
