“A big win for America”.

That’s President Donald Trump’s response to this morning’s decision from the U.S. Supreme Court unanimously slapped down efforts to strip Trump from the primary election ballot.

The high court ruled Colorado was out of line to attempt enforcement of the 14th Amendment bar on those guilty of insurrection.

It ends an effort in a number of states to keep President Trump from running.

This marks the latest defeat for those who claim Trump’s peaceful speech on January 6, 2021 sparked an insurrection.

America’s major news media has used the word “insurrection” thousands of times in the last 3 years when talking about J6, but was there an insurrection?

Nancy Pelosi’s House of Reps charged insurrection and the Senate acquitted Trump.

The FBI investigated the J6 riot. It did not recommend insurrection charges.

Joe Biden’s Department of Justice could have charged Trump with insurrection, and they clearly wanted to, but did not.

Now, Colorado’s Supreme Court tries to find Trump guilty of insurrection without a trial or evidence so it could deny voters the choice to Make America Great Again.

Today, the U.S. Supreme Court shot down that latest fraud.

So, Trump’s on the ballot for tomorrow’s Super Tuesday…and the Democrat Party is stuck with Slo Joe.
