Graffiti kingpin bust! (1500 spray can arsenal)

According to police, there was notorious tagger called GIMER who not only covered the City with his garbage spray paint, but he is suspected to be the man who supplied a host of other vandals.  Portland police seized over 1,500 cans of spray paint (valued at $10,000) .

Police watched a graffiti (promoting) YouTube documentary where GIMER was featured and were able to obtain clues about his home location from scenes within the documentary.

Portland was just awarded $20 million in tax dollars to clean up both graffiti and garbage in the City.
