662,566 criminals have crossed our border

The Wall Street Journal provides this chart showing how many enforcement encounters our Border Patrol faced over the years (does not include many who evaded).  Of this population ICE has identified over 600,000 with some form of criminal connection.  We put the two facts together to show how out-of-control it has become.
