Salem, OR – Oregon State Representative Dwayne Yunker has sent a letter to federal officials, urging them to investigate the proposed merger between Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) and Legacy Health.

“This merger could reshape healthcare in Oregon, yet state agencies have failed to ensure transparency or answer critical questions,” said Rep. Yunker. “I’m calling on the DOJ, HHS, and FTC to step in and protect Oregonians from potential risks to competition, costs, and care.”
