You can’t do simple fun things in Portland like camping out for concert tickets like you can in other cities.

This weekend two young fans of the singer Billie Eilish were camping out for advanced tickets.

According to Portland Police amd KATU-2 news, a homeless woman with a huge knife came upon the camping area demanded that everyone leave.  She threatened the two fans to surrender their money or their sleeping bag.  When another homeless person approached by bike, the lady then went after him.

KOIN-TV reports that the two girls then went to stay in a hotel and allowed their parents to stay at the camp so they would not lose their place in line.

During the same weekend, another knife attack in Portland at a Tri-Met MAX train left two people injured.
